As a 10-year industry expert, Kate Warton brings a strategic, tailored and intuitive approach to her Sales Manager role. Supremely organised with a keen eye-for-detail, Kate develops her team through the use of timely motivation, skills improvement and product knowledge training.
“Wherever possible I devise strategies to allow us to act and adapt more nimbly to market movements. This way our clients reap the benefits,” Kate says. “At all times I’m mindful of creating an environment where superior customer service can thrive,” she says.
Kate is responsible for monitoring shifts in the marketplace, so that Vicprop sales staff have relevant data for good decision making. Her ability to create and harness long-term relationships is a credit to her skills as a communicator and negotiator.
“My job gives me a unique understanding of the requirements of both contractor and client,” she says. “Being so close to a variety of projects makes me proud of the quality work Vicprop has become renowned for.”
